PVF 2025

Pleasant Valley Farms of Berkshire, VT is a progressive large dairy farm operating on several campuses that manages our herd from newborn to mature dairy animal.  We offer multiple opportunities and are excited to host interns who are driven, goal oriented, passionate about the dairy industry and who exemplify a strong work ethic.
Internships are about gaining experience, and we will work closely with you to develop your skills and to allow you to grow in areas of your own interest.  Limited internship spots are available for qualified candidates over the age of 16.  The Internship program runs from May/June-August and is a paid program.  All applicants should be able to provide a valid license and transportation to and from work.  Out-of-town applicants that are accepted will be provided with housing.
Applications are now being accepted for the following departments:
  • PVF Shop/Mechanic/Field Work
  • PVF Dairy/Animal Division
Each candidate is required to provide a letter of interest directed to the opportunity they are applying for which contains why they would like to work in that specific area and other supportive information that makes them an ideal candidate.
In addition, two letters of reference which support their character/skill in that particular area and a resume outlining their past academic and work experience.  Please send to [email protected] by April 15th.
Mechanic/Field Work Internship Program:
